Refund Policy

All we ask is that you email us within 30-days of your purchase with 1) your name, 2) date of purchase, 3) the item(s) purchased, and 4) email order confirmation invoice you received, or a copy of your card transaction statement by pdf attachment, that reflects the charge and amount you paid.  This helps our bookkeeper maintain an accurate record of our inventory.  Upon receipt of your email, we will cross-reference with our records, refund 100% of the purchase price and credit back your card.  Sales tax and shipping, if any, will be not be refunded in order to maintain accuracy with sales entries in our accounting records.
